ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

 

1 TABLESPOON OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

1 LB ITALIAN SAUSAGE

2 GREEN PEPPERS - SLICED LENGTHWISE

1 LARGE ONION – MEDIUM SLICES

ONION POWDER, SALT & PEPPER

 

 

HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.

PUT THE OIL IN A BAKING DISH AND ADD THE SAUSAGE

COOK THE SAUSAGE FOR 45 MINUTES

ADD THE PEPPERS TO THE SAUSAGE SEASON WITH ABOVE COOK FOR 15MINUTES

ADD THE ONIONS AND COOK FOR ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES. SERVES 4.
