Blueberry Smoothie

 

Not only does a Blueberry Smoothie taste great it is very healthy for you and has the highest level of antioxidants then any other fruit or vegetable. Making one is very easy and so affordable. Between one half and 1 cup of blueberries daily is recommended. Take a half a cup or more along with one banana and blend together with about 2-3 cups of milk or soy milk for better health. I recommend blending for 2 minutes
