antioxidants then any other fruit or vegetable. Making
one is very
easy and so affordable. Between one half and 1 cup
of blueberries daily is recommended. Take a half a cup or more
along with one banana and blend together with about 2-3 cups of
milk or soy milk for better health. I recommend blending for 2
minutes
